About Tribal Aid

In mid 2010, Ngati Punavale Golf Tribe was formed from a group of guys who enjoyed golf, friendship, camaraderie, and helping people. Through tragedy of a work mate, who lost his house due to fire, the club decided to organise a charity golf game to provide financial assistance for goods and appliances.  From this we developed a need to continue this good will and to give back to the community.

It was at this point that one of our members personally experienced the battle and despair of CANCER.  Thus TRIBAL AID evolved to fundraise and assist for family and sufferers of this nemesis.  Currently we are fundraising for the Monash Cancer Ward.  This also includes charity and volunteer work for relatives or friends of employees of Coca Cola who have cancer and no support.

The Tribal Aid community programme is a means for members their families and friends to get involved and share the love and support to those in need.

We aim to improve the qualities of life in our communities where we live, work and play by offering a support system through voluntary service.
